are maintained to comply with federal and state regulations.

systems, internal controls and banking procedures are set to ensure
that there is no unauthorized access to private information about
you. Nonpublic personal financial information is given out only
to those as required by law or regulation.

Maintaining Customer Privacy When Using Third Party Agents and
Suppliers. Before outside vendors or service companies
are contracted to provide support and perform services for the
bank (e.g., check printing, preparing and mailing monthly account
statements, property appraisals offered as collateral, market
research for marketing our own products and services), we obtain
an agreement from them that ensures protection of any confidential
