Before outside vendors or service companies are contracted to provide support and perform services for the bank (e.g., check printing, preparing and mailing monthly account statements, property appraisals offered as collateral, market research for marketing our own products and services), we obtain an agreement from them that ensures protection of any confidential information about you.
